Kristin started her beauty career as a receptionist at Leon and Co in 2001. She quickly realized that she wanted to become a stylist and was certified in Vidal Sassoon cutting and Tocco Magico Color. Kristin specializes in haircuts for all ages and loves working with the Phyto product line; she is certified from Phyto Academy, as well. Her clients love her bubbly, positive personality and trust her to give them the look they love. It keeps them coming back for more!

Genny Roberts has been in the beauty industry since the mid-1980s. As a teenager, Genny’s friends and family were willing to volunteer for her natural talent at hair cutting and styling. Her passion and ability translated into a career and lifestyle. Genny’s clients trust her for a perfect cut and color every single time, whether it’s a new style and color, or a tried and true favorite. In addition to adult cuts and single process color and perms, Genny is also one of our updo specialists here at Leon and Co and takes delight in creating magical hairstyles for women of all ages, whether it’s for a winter holiday party, a spring prom, or a walk down the aisle. Genny is an expert whose skill and passion show in everything she does!

With 23 years in the industry, Sheila believes that the greatest reward from her job is the ability to make somebody look good on the outside and help them feel better on the inside. She has been recognized in Allure Magazine for her specialty in highlights, color, and color correction. She encourages her clients to pursue their natural hair texture and to participate in trends that reflect individuality.

When Erica was a little girl, she loved styling her dolls’ hair and playing dress up. That love of beauty and fashion led Erica to attend Empire Beauty School, where she knew she had found her career path. In addition to being certified in Tocco Magico Color and Jamison Shaw French Cutting Technique, Erica has also received her certificate from Phyto Academy and is a talented Balayage Colorist. A true girly girl, she loves glamorous styles, bohemian braids, perfect blow-outs, loose finger waves, and head-turning colors. Erica enjoys staying up to date on the latest trends and styles, and these days, inspiration is always just an Instagram away!

Jay Dee has been in the beauty business for 30 years. She has attended countless specialty hair training clinics, including training with London’s esteemed colorist, Daniel Galvin. Jay Dee also participated in the inauguration of the prestigious trade event, Hair Color USA, and was featured as an up-and-coming hair Colorist. Jay Dee has also been recognized by Self magazine as one of Boston’s Top Colorists. Her expertise includes all aspects of color, from single process to foil highlighting, as well as color correction and Balayage. Jay Dee enjoys the instant gratification that her work brings to her clients and to herself.
