Leon de Magistris

A native of Candida, Italy, Leon remains close to his heritage with frequent trips to the country for business and pleasure.

With over 30 years of experience, Leon is recognized internationally as an industry leader. He has worked with Escada, Ferragamo, Valentino and Oscar de la Renta, among other high-profile designers.

In 2003, Leon received Intercoiffure's renowned Chevalerie Knight Award. This international organization also recognized Leon with an Artistic Achievement Award and Outstanding Performance Award.

Leon & Co. has also received recognition on both national and local levels. Voted one of America's top hair care salons by Allure, Leon & Co. has been featured in Redbook, Marie Claire, and has been featured on the cover of the New York Times. Leon & Co. is a three-time winner of Boston Magazine's "Best of Boston" awards and has most recently received a "Hot 100" award from Stuff magazine for Hot Hair Cutter.
